　This product is made using local Koriyama ceramic clay. Koriyama clay is dark brown when fired due to its high iron content. Using this dark brown as a base, a white glaze is applied on top of it to create a white dish. The texture of the clay is different from that of a pure white porcelain dish.

　Since each plate is handmade, there are individual differences in color, shape, and other details.
