Production and sales of "Asakano-yaki" in Koriyama, Fukushima

　In general, crafts are completed as
products only within the area of origin.
This tumblers were produced in
collaboration with craftsmen from other
industries beyond the boundaries of different
industries and materials.

　The pottery part of the main body was made
by Asakano-gama, and the lower woodwork part
was made by a craftsman of Aizu-nuri woodworker.
Lacquer is applied to the woodworking department.
Then, they were combined into one product.
　
　The combination series is a challenging
product to create unprecedented crafts with
new values by combining different materials.

< Note >
　This product uses part of natural zelkova and
lacquer. Therefore, the color is different
for each product.

2020 Feb.
　・This product has won the Minister of
　　Economy,Trade and Industry Award, which
　　is the highest award in the folk craft 　
　　category, at the National Souvenir 　
　　Examination Committee.
